Audio of South Africa’s submission to the International Court of Justice

This is audio of the South African written submission to the International Court of Justice. The 84 page document lays out in great detail South Africa’s case for charging Israel with genocide.

I wanted to be sure to carefully re-read South Africa’s written submission to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) re: Application of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide in the Gaza Strip (South Africa v. Israel). As such, I decided to start recording as I read it so others would have easy access to listen to it and so I would have access to listen whenever I wanted. It is an extremely detailed submission which lays the South African case out systematically. It isn’t perfect as I’m not a lawyer or a professional audio book narrator. I am going to record about 20-25 minutes every day or two and upload it here – it will likely be about 10 days before it is all available. Please listen, download, distribute – I hope it is useful to some of you.
